Welcome to the UK Location Resource Centre. The Resource Centre provides a range of resources for Data Providers and Publishers, Data Users and for those with a general interest in the design and operation of the UK Location Information Infrastructure.
Finding your way around…
The main part of Resource Centre is organised in three tiers, around the various business services that make up the UK Location Information Infrastructure:
- the Getting Started series of guides provides Data Providers and Publishers with introductory information to support business decision making and planning
- below this sits a series of Operational Guides providing detailed implementation guidance
- The final tier is a range of associated business and technical resources, including standards, specifications, detailed technical guidance, schemas and software
In addition, the Resource Centre provides more general resources, including a Media Centre, Case Studies, FAQs and a list of third party suppliers under each of the UK Location service components.
The most recent resources placed here will automatically appear in the middle panel on the right hand column of the homepage. You can also use the RSS and e-mail alerts to be notified of additions to the Resource Centre.
